When scheduling your packages or reserving time for your spa services, a credit card may be required to hold your appointment times.
Promptness is very important to keep everyone on schedule. Late clients’ appointment times will be adjusted accordingly so that the next client can be taken on time. If you have a facial scheduled, please arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled time to fill out paperwork.
Please be aware that Salon Capelli is an adult facility. We gladly service children. If they will be accompanying you to your appointment, for their own safety, and the comfort of other clients, we ask that children be monitored at all times.
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card & Discover cards.
Fees and Gratuities:
Gratuity is not included in any of our services. Gift cards do not include gratuity unless specified. If you would like to show your appreciation, you may do so at the end of your visit. Cash gratuities are appreciated.
All of our products have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We pride ourselves on providing the best products available, but also want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You may return products with the following requirements:
Return required within 14 days
¾ of the contents of the product must still be present in the container
You will receive an in-salon credit only
We cannot guarantee any chemical service if the professionally recommended products are not purchased from our salon and used according to our stylists recommendations. We are also unable to guarantee any service which has been altered in any way at home or by another salon. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hair service please contact us within 48 hours of your service. We will be happy to schedule a time to make it right.
